If a client needs more advice or a face to face consultation beyond a cost assessment, then a consultation appointment is scheduled. Consultations are billed by the hour and some consultations require no fees. You will be made aware of any necessary fees before the in-person consultation.
Civil and family law cases at Talley, Turner, Stice & Bertman are structured on an hourly fee basis with a retainer typically requested for the first months’ worth of work. You are billed monthly after that.
