Katie Magee

I am Norman born and raised and love being a Sooner! I am a mom to three ornery precious boys and have the world’s best husband. I was a proud member of OU Pom and love college football (especially the Sooners). I have been a practicing attorney with TTSB Law since 2017 and love the profession. I started as a legal intern at TTSB Law and I am so proud to maintain my roots at this law firm. I am so proud of the work we do as an entire firm and believe that we truly advocate for clients as family and provide the best representation and outcome for our clients.  

I name myself as a legal nerd and love that the law is constantly changing, expanding and developing. I love learning and that is a large reason why I am so drawn to this profession. Since being sworn in, I have practiced family, adoption, civil, criminal and appellate law. A majority of what I do now is family matters including divorces and custody modifications, and stepparent adoptions. I pride myself in being communicative to my clients and love to educate clients. I have the best assistants who ensure communication is always returned, thorough, and easy to get a hold of. I believe part of having a healthy attorney-client relationship is ensuring that my clients understand what is going on and what all their options are at any given time so they can make educated decisions along the way. I understand that most people do not anticipate divorce or the situation they find themselves in when they call me, and I pray to be a sounding board and supportive voice to my clients and assist them in a very difficult season. I like to meet people at rock bottom and remind them they can only go up from here! I am a zealous advocate and often described as not being afraid to fight. I will encourage settlement when it benefits my client but do not shy away from contested litigation. I am in the courtroom daily, whether it is Cleveland County, McClain County, Grady County or Oklahoma County, I love to advocate! While I will be the first to remind you that while I cannot guarantee an outcome, I strive my hardest to make sure you feel well represented and know that I have done all I can do for you.
